Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
60kg/f40kgPower cleans, 3 reps
6 Push-ups
9 Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

Post rounds completed for each of the 5 cycles.

Perfect workout to use my new "Gymboss" timer for the first time.

Used 40kg for power cleans
C1= 3rounds + 3 PC+5PU
C2= 4 rounds
C3= 3 rounds + 3 PC, 6PU
C4= 3 rounds + 3 PC,6PU
C5= 3 rounds +3 PC, 6PU , 2 squats

looks like i won't be joining you for a saturday workout as soon as i thought, had a little crash on saturday afternoon at the track. I was the 2nd Pro Open heat in the first round of racing, my chain come off causing me to go over the handle bars and dislocate my shoulder... :-(
Doctor says 3 weeks of doing very little then start physio for about 3 weeks and should be good....So no QLD state title for me
