Saturday 13th September



Todays Group Workout is 7am at Sherriff Park , Mundingburra.
BYO Kettlebells, if you have them.

Saturday Group Workout
Warm up Agility Ladder Drills followed by KB Farmers Carry, Halos, Swings and SDHP.

Workout in team ( Girls vs Boys)
Tyre Drag 50 m
50 Pushups (team total)
Tyre drag 50 m
20 KB swings (as an individual)
Tyre drag 50m
75 Pushups (team total)
Tyre drag 50m
40 KB swings (as individual)
Tyre drag 50m
50 Pushups (team total)
Tyre drag 50m
20 KB swing ( as an individual)

Each tyre also had a 12kg KB in it for extra weight, team members alternated terns draging tyre, others ran beside. Only one team member could work on pushups at a time. Not permited to start tyre drag till all pushups or KB swing completed

I had lots of fun with this work out. Bit of a different dynamic with the crew today, and a good one too. Not that there's anything wrong with the usual crew on the Saturdays :P.
Took the dog out of a gentle jog for about 35mins after I got home so cardio has definitely been covered today.

Did another jog this morning (Sunday 14th Sept)with Mate the Mutt. Busted out 5km in 29minutes and 45seconds (1min was walking back down the Ross dam wall ramp). Not a patch on the Running Festival Time but this time I didn't stop because I was fatigued. Definitely feel like I can improve on this time comfortably. Look out I'm feeling dangerous :)
