Hey Crossfiters, been away from a computer for a while. Don't have that much access to computers where I am. My last CF Total was BS 110kg, SP still 52.5kg & DL 160kg. Got out my first set of one leg squats the other day, just working on handstand pushup's now. From what I can see the Aussies are going well in the games aswell. I'll call in again when I can.

On today's work out, Cindy is not a nice girl. My shoulders are tight from the last 3 days of work. I got 11 rounds in 20mins after disgustions with my distinguished fellow sweat monkeys.
Great to meet you Chris (B). Don't let Cindy put you off. Remember to keep moving and break sets down to bite size chunks to start with. When you stop it looks worse.
Err I think I should clarify that last sentence "when you stop it looks worse". I mean that when you stop the rest of the work out seems harder to finish. If you just keep plugging away you'll get more done than you realise.
Well no cindy for me, but did a PT session to help me with my lack of double under ability, after some DU form corrections I was able to string sets of up 15 DU's together for a few sets. So happy now since this is going to make WODs that have DUs in them so much faster, thanks Fi :D Also did some MU transitions but just wasn't working, need to work on my ring dips to help the transition...
