TBA depending on who turns up, but no running and im leaning toward one from CrossFit Body M with is a Clean, Muscle Up combo

Bands, of any colour : red, blue purple, orange = "Twangers". Sometimes twang you up too fast or twang back with the sting of a stock whip!

Correct on the "dust stuff" Mick, almost right but try again on the pancakes and piklets.
BTW these are terms Sarah has picked up since being at CFNQ, ie they are ones I use every now and again

pancakes = chest to ground part of a burpee

piklets = HSPU in pike position using plyo boxes
