Hey Fiona, just thought I'd let you know I should be there next week, but if not then definitely the week after. Looking forward to meeting everyone and getting into it. See you all soon!
On 16/7/2007, I had my first CrossFit PT session at Kickstart and next day (17th) at Fiona's Little Tin Shed. Who remembers the Little Tin Shed? I did a 500m row in 2.085mins, 30 pushups and 20 squats. I couldn't do a pullup at all, not even a remote resemblance of one. Today is my 2nd anniversary of CrossFit, 2 years of consistently sticking at it (rhinos never quit but thats another story) one PT session a week at first, then adding Saturdays In The Park, now 4 times week at Fiona's Much Bigger Tin Shed : THE BOX. I'm much fitter, stronger and healthier than ever, haven't even had a cold in 2 years. There is still so much to learn, so many excerises to improve on so I'll keep consistently sticking at it, remembering to reward myself for even the tiniest bit of progress.
Thanks Chris and Brett for your encouraging words. Brett, I took eggs in yesterday but someone said you had gone to Perth already so others stepped up to take them home. I'll bring more sat week (on 25th) if you will be there.
