I think about 10/15 passed this time. It was way more relaxed than the first one and as a result really enjoyable.We had Pat Sherwood, Chuck Carswell and Lisa Ray as instructors and it was held at the Swanbourne Gym.It was a cool experience and next up is a big Crossfit hit out at Southern Crossfit tomorrow morning.I wonder what the WOD will be?
