Hi everyone just thought I'd introduce myself. My name's Matt and I've recently completed the introductory sessions with Fiona so I hope to be joining you all for some sessions at the box very soon. I've been following the WODs for about a week now and really have to say WOW, I can already see where CrossFit gets its excellent reputation. Anyway I'll leave it there for now, just wanted to say hi and hope to meet some of you at the box soon.

CrossFit Total this morn : Back Squat:62.5 (new PB, prev best was 57.5) Shoulder Press: 27.5 Deadlift:77.5, felt good but ran out of time to go for 80kg which would have been a new PB. Total: 167.5

Fi, what are you planning on doing in the morning session wise?
It's a REST DAY, But we will work on CFT but if people want to practice other skills they can.

It's been good to do some strength stuff after a long time. Great to see Andrew back as well.
Had a great evening swimming last night. Finally getting the breathing technique under control. :D
