I don't know where it's come from but you've definitely added a whole lot of fun into the hard slog Fi in the last 2 weeks. Had a ball with the stuff this morning. Mind you the OHS' where more slog than fun :P
Btw my lowest round on the tabata squats at the end was 17.
Its simple Chris , the better you get at the fundamentals the more "fun" stuff you're able to do. Just don't tell the animal lib guys you spent the morning "skinning the cat", it could get you in trouble ;)
Thanks Nathan. I think that I'm still a few months off kicking butts around. You beat me on the strength stuff though. I suspect that you will for some time too.
My lowest was (thinking about "the standing up sraight at the top" part)only 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 13 so I'll have to think less and move faster next time.
should have come this morning for some Over head squat and skin the cat practice....but just didnt have the motivation since i had to go into work for about an hour...

Good work this morning all on Over head squats and "skin the cat", a noticable improvement on techniques buy the end of the session.

17 Chris, that's awesome, 17 was my best. I really enjoyed it all too, still so much to learn.
Geez... 17... we are beginning to see the return of Chris the animal who turns up and kicks us all around the park!
My best was 9, but it did go something like 14,13,9,10,11,11,12 so I guess the message is more squats...
