Hey Sarah and Fiona,
Sarah, you're looking great, is that 40kg? TOPS! I can't wait till you get back, those Cleans are my favourite, I did 3 x 50kg a couple of weeks ago and it was hilarious, got it up, but Glenn said it wasn't pretty, hahaha. We went to the CrossFit Norwest Games on Sunday and had a great time, I can really understand why they call it the "CrossFit Community", everyone gathers around that final person finishing a heat and counts down with/for them. Some of us are hopefully going to Brisbane for the Games in August, hopefully I'll get to meet you Fiona. Anyway I placed 2nd after Kiara, she has the whole kipping thing over me, maybe one day I'll get it......unfortunately there weren't a lot of females competing, but there were tonnes of quality males, they are just amazing and really inspiring. Keep up the good work Sarah, and we'll keep in touch. Kisses, Vxx

which reminds me i should start working on my Snatch lifts since i struggle in comparision to my Cleans
