It was it was our largest group session at the Box so far, 13 at 7am, with Brett ind i doing the WOD before hand so we could both coach. Everyone put in a great effort from the full Rx'er to first timers, it was a great morning.
I'll be turning up next Saturday. I've been able to take some steps without crutches. I know I'm over a month away from attempting a jog though. Though I might be able to do something on the rower as the physio has had me on an exercise bike this last week.
I'll be making enquiries this week about swimming coaching too with the local pools. As you know Fiona, I swim like a brick. I've spent a couple of hours in a pool Sat & Sun this weekend. I found that the water work this weekend did my leg wonders. I can feel and see the muscle bulk coming back :)

Hey Chris, good to hear your on the road to recovery!
The big smoke...is well... big...very big. I can make it to work and home again without my Sat Nav now :D I can also make it to Crossfit Brisbane and back with out the Sat Nav :D Anywhere else, or if there are roadworks and detours I'm stuffed :)
It's all good down here though. Got the ASCA Strength and Conditioning level 1 course this weekend and the QWA Club weight lifting course the weekend after. So it's all go, which is great. Miss all you guys and the Betty Blue breakys after Saturdays sessions though! I'm still no RX'er in that dept, but the company of the CFNQ crew was always great :)
