Five rounds of:
5 Dumbbell deadlifts
5 Dumbbell hang cleans
5 Dumbbell push presses
5 Dumbbell squats

Increase the load each round. Rest as necessary between rounds.

Hey Fi,
Was wondering whats the best way to do skills before the work out. Pick your goats and work on them before the work out. Or pick a exercise and do the same progression we were doing in the last couple of weeks.
