Great times for Pam guys from 5:08 I think for Dunc and no slower than 7:30 ish.Work the Push Ups remember to chase movements you can be proud of.
Remember from the Logs to tree is about 250m so it was a short Pam for saturdays workout, but still a great effort by all.
