Private Ranaudo was a member of the Townsville based 1st Battalion, the Royal Australian Regiment. He was a member of the Mentoring and Reconstruction Task Force in Afghanistan and was killed while on operations north of Tarin Kowt. Ben was also member of CrossFit North Queensland. We created this workout “B-1″ in his honour. RIP Ben

CrossFit North Queenslands Whole 30 challenge starts this week.
It's highly recommended that you get the Whole 30 made easy via the link on this page.
Before photos /measurements will be done at the following times
Monday 9th 8am-9am
Tuesday 10th 6:45am -8am & 4:30pm -5:30pm
Wednesday 11th 5:45am -6:30am and 8:30am - 9:30am.
So by thursday everyone should be started.

If you cannot make these times you will need to book a session.

70/50kg Squat Clean and Jerk, 30 reps

The barbell goes from ground to overhead, passing through a front squat in which the crease of the hip passes below the height of the kneecap. The finish position is with the arms, hips and knees fully extended, arms overhead, with at least a portion of the ear visible in front of the arm. Dropping the barbell is acceptable.
