  6. Disappointed is not quite how I would describe pulling out of this morning's WOD... Looks like I'll be out for a few days with this mystery virus. This includes tomorrow's Father's Day Fun Run... :(

    Row 500m
    21 Burpees
    Run 400m
    Time: 21:12 mins
    Might give that WOD use did today tomorrow, did have a WOD with a rope climb
    but have no rope to climb.

  9. Dont know which one of the three lifts is responsible (I did push prees not thrusters) but my shoulders are not feeling too good this morning....!

  10. Robin it's proably a combination of all three, or that extra plates you added ( yes i know they where only tiny, but tiny can make a difference when you are working near your max)
