Todays WOD for me: AMRAP 20mins 10 x Wall Ball Shots (Threw a 20lbs dumbell instead) 10 x GHD Sit Up's 10 x Back Extensions Total 13rounds and 7 W.B.S's Yeah my times are not the best Brett first WOD back from a long stint in the field on not so Zone/Paleo friendly hard rations and a pretty hectic schedule are not the best ingredients for a PR. Don't worry though I'll be working my butt off when I can and when I get back aswell to get back to form. I'll buy in on the 100 day challenge to Fi, so 7 for me tomorrow I think ( Time zone confusion) and one on each day til 100. Am I right on that? Good Luck as well Robin. HI andrew, I almost posted that WOD as the one for today. Glad to hear you are going well, if a little hectic. Rather than trowing dumbells you could try subing in Thrusters for your wall ball shots. To buy into the 100 day challenge today you would need to do 10 =(1+2+3+4)Pushups at day 4 then you drop back to 5 tomorrow to follow it as normal
Understood. 10 push up's today and a rest for me aswell. I think I'm posting my WOD's on the next day blog aswell, seems to be working so I'll just keep doing that.
