Castle Hill for time:
Didn't make it to the hill at 6am then do

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups

Post number of pull-ups completed for each round to comments.

  1. The first CrossFit NOrth Queensland, Mum's Bootcamp finished today. Good to great results across the board with many KG and CM lost and many pushups, sitps, squats and run distances gained :).

    I look forward to seeing you again, as well as our few missing comrades who where on holidays,at either the CrossFit Or CrossFit Lite Classes.

    Don't forget the Next Day Time BootCamp starts July 20th. And runs for 6 weeks
    9:30am Monday,Wednesday & Friday

    Ladies and gentalman these results are from memory so feel free to correct if wrong, which im sure they are( at least in terms of seconds
    Fi 20:00 with a backpack full of rings.
    Jeff 20:15 or there abouts again with 2 x rings in the back pak
    Karl 21-22 san back pak
    Sarah 25 once again with ring.

    Sorry we didn't get to play with the rings at the top.
