  6. Man, the last 2 sets really sucked for me. I just couldn't get my breath. I guess that I have a bit of asthma acting up with the cold still clearing from my chest. And I was doing so well with the first 3 sets too.

  7. You did really well coming off being crook Chris, that was a doozy of a WOD.

I really enjoyed it Power output was kept high because of the 1 min breaks.

  8. I liked the workout this mornng too. I went slow and light because I'm still trying to get those Cleans right, so frustrating. I am definately able to move better as the rounds progress.
Sorry guys who missed out on eggs< i didnt bring enough today. I'll bring more on Tuesday and next Saturday.

  9. Was going to have a shot at this today but the challenge on the 2000m row was put down, so being a trash talker couldn't let it pass put it on a damper setting of 10 and pulled a 6:59.8, so a new PR for me. Then did some hand stand practice for about 20minutes followed up with about 30 minutes of BJJ/grappling so much for a rest day, tomorrow it shall be.

  10. Take a close look at the picture. Got to love the fact its the middle of winter and we can train outside, in the lovely weather,no jumpers not beanies
Graeme who are you doing your BJJ with?

  11. With 1 of the guys up from sydney, and with my 'awesome' skills...i'm always having to tap out from either a kamora or choke but he's having to work hard for it though.

  13. Thanks for a great session on Saturday guys! I never seem to feel fit enough! I'm hurting today. Anyone else? Enjoy Mount Stuart tomorrow, I'd rather be doing that than a masters assignment! See you tomorrow at 1730 for my study break :)

  14. Sare I think that is the greatest thing about Crossfit is you will have that feeling because deep down you'll always wanting to go fast or lift more. I have that issue ask the time, even hitting some solid PR's I know I could have gone faster and harder since u get unlimited rest once you call 'time'....

So glad I only have a few more days till I am home, so might have to put some big efforts in and redo some WODs I already have done to try hit a PR, without keeping too much in the tank, just have to see what tomorrow brings.
