Yes, sorry guys, it was LISA RAY who coached me through the Fran Workout, certainly with all the the hype and Lisa encouraging MAX EFFORT, it took me a good hour to recover and stop coughing from sucking in so much dry air to "keep breathing" as Fiona would say. I wasn't the only one, some people still had sore throats this morning.
    Today was good, Coach Glassman spoke again and I finally mastered kipping pull ups! Only thing is now my hands are a mess from Fran and all the pullups today so I hope I dont forget how to keep that rhythm before my hands heal and I can hold onto the bar again.
    Only 6 girls at the Cert, that's not good for Chickpower.
