The Box will be open 8:30-10am for people to come in and catch up on a missed WOD and work off some Christmas cheer

    Did FRAN today with Fi.

    Cracked the 5 minute mark and got 4.53.

    Very happy with that time.

    5km row at 6pm 21:44.3 happier with that than Fran
