  1. Unable to row, then you run.
Unable to truster, then you press/pushpress.

  4. My rower hasn't arrived yet so I decided to just do the FRAN component.

I completed it in 7.59 which is a big improvement from last time.

Last time I still had 9 pull ups to do at the 12 min cut off.

  5. Good stuff Jeff , how did you go with the power snatch run WOD?

  6. Didn't do very well with the power snatches. Did 2 rounds with the Rx'd weight then dropped back to just the bar as my technique was getting very ordinary.

I found it a very challenging WOD I just hope I wasn't the only one.

I need to work on my snatches a fair bit I've discovered so I'll add that to my list of things to improve.

  7. Don't worry Jeff, we all struggled with the power snatches. I let the inner grunter out like I've never done before. The neighbours to the box must of had their suspiscions of of it being a torture studio confirmed. Rx'ing this work out is beyond what I can do right now due to the power snatch.
