  3. Subbed 50 Body Rows instead of 100 Pull Ups due to my neck. To be frank that was hard enough this morning. I'm also happy that I didn't tear my hands up again. Having the week off has given my hands the chance to heal over :D

  5. My time on August 1st was 32.47 so today was a 2min improvement, or was it? I did Kb swings instead of Squats, not sure if they are faster or the same mechanics/time so legitimate substitution.
