  1. Damm. I would like a swimming wod but I had already arranged Water Polo skills, drills and sprints training 6.30-7.30am. (getting ready for the Masters Games)

    Next time!

    If I know early in the week I'll keep that time free.

  3. 27 Push Ups on the bedroom floor this morning.

    I had every intention of coming this morning to the swimming work out but as I woke up and stretched this morning both of my calf muscles cramped. Da-DOW! Still not recovered from the swimming training last night.

  8. Can anybody tell me why there is a knurl in the middle section of an Olympic bar bell? I want to make one and I don’t really see the need for it.

    maybe for sumo deadlift high pulls? That's all I can think of where my hands are in the middle of the bar.

  11. i think the knurling is there for squatting....i'm pretty sure i have read something about this, and bars made specifically for power lifting won't have it since there is no need.
