I'll be there if I don't sleep in. I thought you were going to not have a work out in the morning. But I'll try to make it now. I have a thing on with mates in the arvo now anyway.
I had every intention of coming this morning to the swimming work out but as I woke up and stretched this morning both of my calf muscles cramped. Da-DOW! Still not recovered from the swimming training last night.
i think the knurling is there for squatting....i'm pretty sure i have read something about this, and bars made specifically for power lifting won't have it since there is no need.

ReplyDeleteCan anybody tell me why there is a knurl in the middle section of an Olympic bar bell? I want to make one and I don’t really see the need for it.

So you can do one handed snatch :)
