Hey everyone, that pic of the strand really makes me miss the beach. Just dirt and not much else here. Did the WOD "D.T." today when I got back. Time was 23:01mins at 60kg. Cheers for that info on bumper plates Brett, I have a cunning plan now. May everone set a new PR today also.
Unfortunately, I will miss the next few wods, due to ABSOLUTELY ENFORCED low intensity excerise for a week, that's why I couldn't come on Saturday, Brett.
I have to fix one knee and one shoulder by 10/10, the first day of the World Masters Games in Sydney, over 28,000 athletes from around the world competing. The largest World Masters Games EVER.
Not something to be missed. History in the making. No doubt some truly inspiring, age defying performances across 28 sports.
I am already registered to compete in Water Polo and Soccer, have my teams shirts/uniforms and my air tcket so MUST be there!
I hope to make it back to the morning wods real soon.
In the meantime, work hard, keep form and stay uninjured everyone.
