  4. Today's work out was a killer. Went to Tobruk for some laps. Did my drills and got about 6 laps out after that. I didn't really have the heart for it after Crossfit and the pool was filling up with screaming kids. Got out of there quick smart lol.

    Went for a walk this afternoon on my usual route. The fastest I've done it yet. No running/jogging/shuffling, more of a power walk. Feeling good on the walk too. I experienced very little discomfort in my left shin. Reaching the goal of running again is getting closer, I can feel it.
