10 Pushups
15 Squat
200m run

You have 4 minutes to complete each round.
If you fall behind , keep working, but you will be "behind the 8 ball"

    "Danny" : As many rounds in 20 mins
    30 Box Jumps
    20 Push Press, 20kg bar
    IO Pull Ups, Jumping
    Total : 3.1 rounds and 30 box jumps 10 pullups

    Such a busy place at 5am!

  2. Good for you Robin. I have worked out there before with the 6am class. The trainer there is a friendly guy.

    I didn't find the groups as social as we are.

    8 Ball workout was good. Muscle ups yet another thing to work on. The list gets bigger and bigger.

  3. It's too busy and too many people to be social. I think you would have to give it a few weeks, the girls I worked in with this morning and yesterday were very encouraging, and yes, all the trainers are very thorough. I like Crossfit Nth Qld's relaxed tropical open air style,Fiona's box really does rock.
