    Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
    Thruster, 5 reps
    Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
    Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

    Brett June 22nd I got 31:32 min last time and you where behind me. I'm up for the challenge, but don't forget last time it was on rings, did you use rings or a bar today? Just so it fair when i do it tomorrow

  5. I did half of each Matt and I alternated.
    Beat me on the Bar and it is yours.

    We will have to race this one next time.

    How many rounds did you get for the AMRAP WOD?

    For some reason i thougth you had 21:19 and was racing to beat that. Imagine my suprise, and Joy when i got home an saw i was wrong
