    I am so stuffed.
    That one had me yawning the top of my head off at work by 2:30pm. And coffee wasn't doing it job either.

    Time 19.40

    Was pretty stuffed at the end, little bit sore today, but overall feel pretty good, looking forward to Thursday arvo's session :)
