Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
15 Push-ups
12 Ring dips
115 pound Push-press, 9 reps

  1. Still being a girly man and doing strength but got 5reps@110kg 3 times this morning.

  2. Used 35kg for pushpress
    4 Rounds +15 PU and 3 RD.

    It may actually have been 5 rounds and a bit because I think I forgot to count a round, but cant be sure so went with the lower number. Just incase it was the delirium of the workout.
