15 Burpee pull-ups
21 Pull-ups
Run 800 meters

If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

    6 Muscle-up progressions (shared)
    9 Burpees (each)
    15 Pull-up (shared ssisted or beginner okay)
    Run 800 meters
    each exercise must be completed by both partners before moving onto the next one, time stop when last of the pair crosses the finish line
