WOD starts at 9am

The 54321 WOD is:

For Reps:
5 minutes of Rowing for calories
4 minutes of Box Jumps for reps 24/20 inch
3 minutes of hang squat snatches for reps (35kg/20kg)
2 minutes of wall balls for reps (10 ft high)
1 minute of Handstand Push-ups for reps

    A great time was had by all,
    CFNQ will host the next one date TBA but probably early april.

    Great effort all, the use of a output calcualtion ment people could scale the load for movements and where not penalized. eg if you used half rxd load you had to do twice as many reps as someone with rxd load and then you had an equal score.

    Awesome effort Peta coming 3rd in two events and third overall.
