  2. Did this workout 5/10/09.
    Got 196 reps or 8 rounds and 4 thrusters. Did the thrusters and SDHP as rxd but did the KB swings at 16kg.
    Only have a 16kg KB until my 24kg comes here next week. Very tough workout. Good luck

  3. I would like to do this workout again one day with american swings for the kb swings. I just did ordinary swings cause I didnt know american was the prescribed Rx requirement.

  7. Did the 21, 15, 9 WW WOD today. Got 10:08. It hurt today after doing the other one yesterday so good effort to those who had a crack at both this morning.
