  2. Well that was the most fun I've had at Crossfit in a while. Mostly because I haven't been at Crossfit in a while. It was a bit hard backing up from Tuesday though. My Shoulders are still aching from yesterday so that was an added challenge for the handstands.

    I could feel it on my ankle too from all of the double under practice and the skipping in general.

  3. I'm with Chris, my shoulders were sore from yesterday! I haven't done handstands since I was at primary school! I'm getting there v. slowly with the double unders, I'll get it soon :) See you tomorrow Fiona!
