We mixed it up a little to get some extra intensity WOD was as follows: 3 rounds of 30 Squats 7 MU (Jeff Orange Band, Robin Ring Pull Ups) 10 Hang Power Cleans(Jeff 40kg,Robin 25kg) 200m Row
Times were 10:37 and 10:50 for Jeff then Robin.
Awesome effort and super high intensity, It was a pleasure to supervise.
Did Nasty Girls down with CFS tuesday morning 40kg HPC and transitional MU ( still rehabing trap/neck 13:43 (i think. Great to be back and able to to things again , even if it is modified
Got a cold. I'll be back to it probably this coming Saturday. There's no need to get everyone else sick even if I want to exercise. Have fun until then.
Have fun with this one guys and girls, remember trasistional muscleups if you dont have the real deal yet.
