  1. Scaled Elizabeth Yellow Band and 50kg cleans 9:36?

It was worth scaling to maintain the intensity.

  2. ain't that the truth, i'll take most of the WOD's rx'd, but will be scaling some of them to maintain intensity.
I tried the Aussie qualifier workout that had dips at rx'd, ground thru 2 full rounds plus got the C&J's done, but it was hard work....

  3. I think I scaled too much: the ring dips with a blue band, so that meant I didnt have to work very hard on them and only training plates on a 14kg bar for the cleans. My technique is still pretty bad but I'm wondering if I should have had just a bit more weight on the bar as well so that,as Brett said,I maintained the intensity?

  4. Robin, seeing the dips where easy and the Cleans are still a chanllenge, reduce the assistance on the dip ie a smaller band, but keep the clean weight the same till you technique is solid. Plus practice it more either side of workouts
