  3. Had a crack at this one Tuesday night,
    2nd round of ring dips hurt my shoulder (again) so I modified it and completed it by finishing the second round with front squats instead of thrusters(40kg)and the last 3rounds by doing 9 pike push ups, 15pull ups, 21 front squats, 200m run, 41:32
    It was only the dips and thrusters that caused my shoulder grief, pull / push ups are fine, it is still sore today though.
