5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Squats

  1. Jumping pullups did 5 rounds.
    All pushups done on my toes Fi, however after a while they became wobble ups (no exageration at all).

    That was 8 rounds + 5 pullups + 10 pushups, not to mention all those extra pushups because Fi demands perfection.

    First CrossFit workout, and my arms feel like rubber. Must do more pullups!
