1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups

    All unbroken sets, american swings, chin over bar, should have been a better time but I run like a Walrus!

    Destroyed me though lay heaving on the ground for 10 mins after!

  4. It might be the humidity but I have been having problems with catching my breath at times. Well that's my excuse.

    Matt's definitely growing into a good athlete. He's an animal on those pull ups.

  5. I know what you mean about the humidity, i did the WO at 11am, managed to loss about 1.5 kg in sweat and just couldn't get a decent breath, mind you i also run like a walrus with only one leg :P
