    BS 120,125(f-depth)twice
    SP 63,73(F),68
    DL 153,158,160(F)

    Total 346kg or 761lbs

    Dream total is 1000lbs(because it is a nice round number) or 455kg

    Short term goal is still to improve BS to about 135 for a single. Deads should creep up if that happens.

    Back Squat 3 x 5@75kg
    Press 3 x 4 @ 32.5kg missed 5th on each one (I need some fractionals)
    Deadlift 5 x 65kg

    Hip playing up today, Running is the devils work.

  4. You know it Fi they are little gold nuggets them fractionals - literally. It would be much cheaper to get some industrial washers or some fractionals made up and weigh them.

  5. very nice good work Fi, but i was more impressed by the random guy doing bicep curls in the back ground... tehehehe

    on a more serious note i tried the 10 minute 1 arm long cycle clean and jerk test with a 24kg KB, without putting it on the ground, well i finished with 60 reps L&R and some blisters on top of my calluses's, oo they joy(pain) of getting ambitions and abilities mixed up...
