    GUACAMOLE
    1 medium avocado,ripe
    2tbs red onion, finely cut intro pieces
    1tbs mayonnaise

    Place all ingredients in a bowl, mash ingredients together until there are no lumps left in the avocado.
    Serve with crispy slices of cucumber.

    TAHINI DIP
    1/2 cup tahini
    3 large garlic cloves, crushed
    1tbs olive oil
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    3 stalks parsley
    2 tbs water

    Place all ingredients in a food processor; blend briefly until a smooth paste is formed.
    If dip is too thick, add more water until desired consistency had formed. Serve with carrot or celery sticks
