9 power cleans 60/40kg
6 Pushups
9 Squats
Rest 1 minute.

Repeat for a total of 5 cycles

    We did some Warming up and then everyone tried to lift a heavy clean before attacking the chief.

    2-4 rounds per set great job.

  2. I though last time we did it we did 3 cleans, 6 push ups and 9 squats???
    Am I wrong with 3 cleans or is 9 cleans a type-o
