ReplyDeleteQuick update I ended up coming 5th over all.
ReplyDeleteI Was 4th after the first day , but lost time on the run, actully it was more like a crawl. To call where we did it sand dunes was an understatement, even sand hill do not do it justice, think goat track and replace rock with sand.And repeat twice.
It was an awesome weekend , Congrats to Taz who quailified, kick some ass in the US girls. And Steve and Chris the male qualifiers. And to everyone else who showed up and put in

Thanks Scott,actaully its 4th Best in Australia if you want to get picky, 5th in Australasia :P because Taz (top qualifier, and top chick) is a Kiwi

ReplyDeleteFull results are up on CFX main page, there are some really solid performances plus some surprises..
Due to sleeping this morning and not getting a workout from the Hopper deck before bed last night I decided on a simple workout that would require heaps of gear so I did 30reps of 65kg thrusters for time... 8min 21sec later the hurt was over and people stopped looking at me like I was strange or had a 2nd head....
Did this one @ CF Brisbane sub in for Grace since my C&J form is severely lacking last time was 7min 10sec @ 50kg, so I can live with a 1min 16sec slower time with a 15kg load increase
