21 Kettlebell swings 1.5 pood (or 25kg DB swing)
12 Pull-ups

  3. true, i wrote down a while ago that 1.5 pood was around 54 pounds so about 23.75 with my plates. The posted sub is 55 pound DB so i should total a 25kg DB.

  5. Berry I will say it again - Animal!

    I got 11:16 Play by play it was Walrus runs followed by continuous unbroken sets of American swings with a 24( I can handle the extra 1/4 kg) and Pull Ups.

    Verdict I will get a better Helen time when I can run faster 400s.

  7. I am running the Saturday session this week because Fi is headed down for the Gym Cert at CFX.

    I am doing Deads tomorrow and Babs on Friday.

    I am unsure what is on the cards for Saturday, What is scheduled Fi?
