  3. Watched the Eva T video doing Nate, her comment at the end is so right, swinging a 32kg KB really saps the energy out you. Thought she did it rx'd the KB probably is 50% of her BW, I so need to work harder...

  4. Sorry to those who i told at about 5:45pm that i didn't have a muscle- up. It seems like i was lying. I do now :)
    Im so glad I decided to go have a play at gymnastics tonight.

    We all need rest/sleep in day some times. I should be doing a workout sunday morning before 10am if your interested in making up the missed WO or definatly saturday morning at 6am if you have to work saturday. Just SMS and let me know

  10. awesome work on the MU, guess i better be cleaning out the garage so i can get to my chin up bar and start working the MU progression.....snce there will be 30MU's for time, soon maybe????
