15 Shoulder press 30kg
15 ft Rope Climb, 2 ascents

  2. No WOD for me, but got racing tonight. The track would have to have one of the tallest and steepest permanent start gates around, it's a very unnerving experience 1st time on the gate. I bring some photos home of it.
