    Had a crack at 90kgs but it didn't feel right. Would have liked to have some eyes on my form as it was.

  2. No access to a gym close to where I m staying so it will either be a rest day or go for a ride to turn my legs over, between 2 days of racing and the usual 'issues' lacking in the motivational stakes
