Wednesday 3rd December

"Tabata Something Else"

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

    pull ups: 64
    (few jumping at end of last 3 sets)
    push ups: 76
    (most on knees for 4th-8th set)
    sit ups: 99
    (BFA style hands folded on chest)
    squats: 115

    not very legit with a bit of cheating to keep myself moving for the whole 20 seconds on the pull ups n push ups

    Fi, at the moment I'll be at tomorrow mornings session and hopefully both arvo sessions, Dougs and yours, but I've got an all day prac session on Saturday so I'll have to miss that one :(

  3. Yeah we are Tabataing at 530 this arve, There will be no push ups on your knees if you want to do those you will have to go to Steve's Fernwood Crossfit for ladies.. Just kidding mate good work staying true to the bodies in motion concept.

    In other breaking news Fran on main site!!!!! I am thinking Sunday this is our WOD that is plenty of rest for Matt if he wants to chuck it up again and an opportunity to give it a crack for anyone who missed out monday.

    Probably run it two at a time outside like with Jackie but have 3 or 4 waves. I want sub 6:30!

    Pullups 9/6/6/6/5/4/3/1 = 40
    (ripped a nice chunck out of hand on second last set)
    Pushups 12/10/10/10/8/8/7/7 = 72
    (no knee pushups )
    Situps 11/11/11/11/10/10/10/10=84
    (all done on concrete)
    Squats 16/15/15/16/15/15/15/15=122

    Brett im up for Fran Sunday , it will give my havd a chance to heal

  5. Sweet, I hope to make for Fran, I haven't done a whole Fran by myself yet. Might try the RX'd weight and just focus on getting it finshed
