  3. Did 5km run to get things moving this morning 29:05 felt like I was going to throw up for the first 5mins after my run. Angie this arvo, I hope.

  4. Yeah Brett, I totally love my running. I know it takes away from the strength side of things but when I couldn't run for so long until I got orthotic inserts for my shoes can you blame me? :P

    Just did Angie in 34:30. Not sure but I think it's a PB for me. Pullups took up the bulk of time finished at the 18:00 mark. Push ups done by 24:19; Sit ups done at 31:34 and Squats round up at 34:30.

  6. Swam at 2pm then did Angie @ 8:45pm
    24:15 (29 seconds slower than my PR but I had simon coaching me through that one)
    This one done at home by myself.
    Finished the pullups up @ 10:30
