    6:29 with 40kg Thrusters.

    Absolutely destroyed me, for five minutes it felt like my forearms were on fire!

    Even now i am not fully recovered 5 hours later!

  2. Geez man, your moving ahead in leaps and bounds. Hopefully, one day, when I grow up, I'll be one of the ones in the blue and...well blue.
    Perhaps not quite as fit as the red and white team, but man can they put together a game of volleyball!! :D

    Seriously man, that is awesome! You must have been holding back at the cert in Sydney. Who was the fastest? What time?

    Those blokes are animals they chucked up Fran after running 2.4s of 7:30 and 7:11 respectively about an hour before.

  6. Thanks Fi, not sure I'll make it, still hurts a bit to breath and I feel pretty weak (although some might say that is normal for me):)

    Hopefully I'll be back next week at some stage if you don't mind holding onto the vest for a few days?

    Keep training hard guys, some big scores to aim for!
