Hry guys if you want to get an idea of what we are up to this weekend check out Ultimate Crossfit Perth Website/blog(link on left of the workouts at our home page) they just finished their level 1.
Just did a 5km jog with the lighter vest on. Got it out in 32:54. Damn near killed:P
Methinks I'll pace myself tomorrow on Castle Hill. By the way I'm thinking those of us that go up the hill will do the Goat track and walk back down the road as it's not so hard on your knees. Let me know what you think Fi & Brett.
Chris it up to you guys what you do, you rown your own time, just be safe. And if you do go the goat track it quicker so chuck in a little workout at the top, maybe a "poor mans cindy' AMRAP in 20 min 5 Situps, 10 pushups, 15 squats. It's just an idea
I'm in mate, equipment at work has FAILED!! So I'll see you tomorrow, where abouts are we meeting?? At the music hall near the tennis courts or at the bottom car park?
Ok I'll nail this down to we're meeting at the Corner of Alexandra and Kennedy Street. That's one street up from the music hall (just look for my Yellow Hyundai). See you tomorrow Scott.
Guys, I just veiwed a story on WIN 6pm Bulletin. The Castle Hill Road is closed between 7am-4pm for upgrading. I'm not sure if this also involves the goat track as well. I did check Tsv City Council's website and I'm not sure if the goat track is out of bounds or not. Maybe we could do the Strand instead? http://www.townsville.qld.gov.au/council/media?media_id=189
Good luck with your course guys, wish I was with you :)
ReplyDeleteSorry I can't make it for Saturdays session Chris, have fun :)
